Can I join right after surgery?
Only with clearance. We’ll request surgeon/physio clearance notes.
Is this program safe for my specific condition?
As a qualified Biokineticist, our primary focus is on safety and effective, science-based rehabilitation. Your program will be expertly guided and designed to help you rebuild strength and mobility without causing harm. We encourage all members to consult with their doctor or physiotherapist before starting.
How do I know where to start?
Your recovery journey is unique. We provide a clear, guided starting point that assesses your current fitness level and provides a step-by-step introduction to the fundamentals. We make sure you know exactly what to do and how to do it safely so you can build confidence from day one.
I’m worried about a specific exercise. What if I can’t do it?
That’s completely normal! Our programs are progressive and provide modifications for every exercise. You will be guided through different levels so you can work at your own pace and build strength gradually. We celebrate every step of your progress, no matter how small.

Basic bands and weights recommended (for certain programs).
